How To Watch on Windows PC
1. Download VLC Player from here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
2. Install it and everything, make sure it works correctly.
3. Open the program. Click on Media (top left) > Open Network Stream.

5. Paste this link into that field: http://devimages.apple.com/iphone/samples/bipbop/gear1/prog_index.m3u8
6. Click Play.
How To Watch On Your Apple TV:
If you own an Apple TV, there should be a dedicated channel to watching Apple WWDC 2015.
How To Watch On Your Computer:
If you’re trying to watch the live stream of Apple WWDC, head to apple.com/live. An embedded video player will start playing immediately. If possible, you may want to watch the stream on Safari since that’s Apple’s own internet browser.
How To Watch On Your Cell Phone / Mobile Devices:
Similar to how you would watch the announcement on your computer, head to apple.com/live on your mobile browser. If you own an iPhone (iOS 6 or above) there should be a dedicated channel on Safari.
