It's Raining Spiders in Australia

This is what nightmares are made of. Earlier this month Australian settlers were disturbed by a storm of spiders that looked to be falling from the sky. What the actual f*ck?
Resident Ian Watson explained to a local news station that his house was taken over by spiders. He elaborated,”The whole place was covered in these little black spiderlings and when I looked up at the sun it was like this tunnel of webs going up for a couple of hundred metres into the sky.”
Sounds absolutely horrifying, and even more so because this situation is far from an anomaly. The phenomenon is called Angel Hair and typically happens during the months of May and August. The young spiders of the Outback throw webs in the air to “lift themselves off the ground in mass migrations. Then the spiders and their webs fall from the sky and it looks as if it’s snowing.” WTF?!
Yeah, we’re cool with staying in the U.S.
