Man Almost Loses Arms After Using Toxic Injections to Resemble the Hulk

In his quest to resemble the Hulk, a 25-year-old Brazilian body builder nearly lost his arms after shooting up with synthol, a toxic mix of oil and alcohol.
Despite his biceps growing 25 inches, Romario Dos Santos Alves began to experience constant pain and several health problems – including mental health – due to the toxins in the oil.
In an interview with The Daily Mail he explained, “I remember the doctor told me that they would need to amputate both arms… They said everything in there, all my muscles, were rock.”
Luckily doctors were able to remove a large majority of “rock,” but still – this is horrifying. Just stick to lean meats!
