New Orleans’ Mardi Gras is without a doubt the biggest annual party in the country. And like any big party, it’s bound to get sloppy for some(most) people. New Orleans is already a huge party city, so hosting an event like Mardi Gras is basically the equivelant to filling Las Vegas with every spring breaker in the country.
