Theaters Ban Google Glass
The MPAA and the National Association of Theatre Owners banned all wearable tech yesterday, which includes Google Glass and smartwatches. According to our friends over at Newser if theater staff thinks you’re recording illegally they will notify police. Although many individual theater owners have already banned these devices, the new policy was approved during the ShowEast convention, where theater owners gather each year.
