College Football 2014 Week 9 Preview: Cheerleader Edition [PHOTOS]

We’re going into the last weekend of college football before we have an official ranking from the College Football Playoff Selection Committee. It’s wishful thinking to believe that we’re going to our friend MaCall and the UCLA Bruins in the Top 4 spots when ESPN first announces the rankings, but anything is possible at the end of the season as long as they win out. Their test this weekend will be an away game against Colorado–something the Bruins should have no problem handling.

One game that’s not going to be so easy to predict is the Magnolia Bowl–aka (3) Ole Miss vs. (24) LSU. We know that Ole Miss has been lighting it up recently but it’s hard to imagine that a program like LSU, which has had such good success against the Rebels, won’t play up. Also, the Tigers are at home.

You know who else is going to be home? Us. We’ll be watching all the games from the comfort of our couch as we figure out our last-minute Halloween costumes. To say that we can’t wait for the weekend is the understatement of the century. Luckily we don’t have to sit tight that long because there are college games Thursday and Friday night.
