If You’ve Ever Called A Customer Service Line, You’ve Experienced This Torment
One reason I live in New York City is because it’s the one city in America where you don’t need a car. It’s not that I don’t like driving – it’s the fact that I have the worst road rage on the face of the earth. However there is one thing that boils my blood more than shitty drivers, and that’s being on hold with pretty much any customer service. Whether it’s a call about a lost or broken product, my bank account, or my tardy utility payment, I absolutely cannot stand listening to that mind-numbing hold music.
