"Interstellar" Trailer Brings Explosions, IMDB Starts Spoiling [VIDEO]

Someone in the marketing department must’ve gotten worried that the trailers for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming Interstellar were looking as brainy as the Johnny Depp bomb Transcendence. Now we get a new IMAX trailer that packs in some action–like an explosion, and an opening scene that kind of looks like an intergalactic disruption, but might just be a bad dust storm.
In any case, Interstellar is suddenly looking more like an epic sci-fi movie instead of some thoughtful meditation on space, time, and love. That’s good. What’s bad, however, is that a few fans have found themselves some spoilers in the IMDb cast page for Interstellar. We aren’t even linking to it, but this isn’t the first time that IMDb has given away some plot points by posting the cast list.
We can’t blame IMDb for that, of course. It’s not their fault that some filmmakers are dumb enough to give away things like how an actress might be playing two roles in a movie. That’s not the case with Interstellar, but it’s something similar. Better you don’t know–especially if this trailer gets you really excited about the movie…
