A group called NYC Preppers are planning to safely flee the city in case of a natural disaster or a terrorist attack. According to our friends over at Newser, the group is devising escape routes since there is no space to build a bunker. Their plans include escaping by kayak, keeping the car filled with gas, and taking long walks to practice carrying a 20-25 lb. bag containing survival gear, such as water, food, face masks, compasses, and water filtration systems.
