Brazilians are blaming Mick Jagger for their World Cup loss on Tuesday, and according to our friends over at Newser, when he cheered on England (before their loss to Uruguay) he also wrongly predicted victory for Italy over Uruguay. In the 2010 World Cup Jagger cheered for England, the US, and Brazil at different matches and they all lost. On Yahoo Sports, Brooks Peck called Jagger the “World Cup Angel of Doom” because Tuesday’s match was the first match Jagger attended during this World Cup and it just happened to be one of the worst losses in soccer history.
