Video Game Is Becoming A College Varsity Sport-And More Morning Links

A private university in Chicago called Robert Morris University Illinois has announced a new program this month that is recognizing the growing legitimacy of what are known as “eSports.” According to our friends over at The Huffington Post, the school wants to give credit to those with a competitive spirit who don’t want to play traditional sports such as basketball or football, so they are offering hefty scholorships for players of one video game, League of Legends.
