Hershey's Sues Marijuana Company Over Copyright Claim [VIDEO]

We’ve had our own merry misadventures at the COED offices over creatively-packaged marijuana edibles, so maybe the people at Hershey’s have a point with suing the Seattle company who’s marketing things like the Reefer’s Peanut Butter Cup. Also, we’re thinking that Hershey’s might be sparing the commercial marijuana industry some charges of marketing to children–or at least risking a pretty bad misadventure out there.
We can definitely tell you that these newscasters didn’t start their career thinking that they’d ever be reporting on something like Reefer’s Peanut Butter Cup being sold in stores. Welcome to the 21st century–where a marijuana company should really be able to make packaging that looks a lot better for their Hershey’s parodies. Whoever did this one must’ve been high…
