May 3 is–and shall forever now be known around the world-as MCA day, in honor of Adam “MCA” Yauch of the Beastie Boys. Yauch passed away on May 4, 2012 from cancer. In honor of this year’s MCA Day, a group of break-dancing Tibetan monks showed off their dope moves in Manhattan’s Union Square Park over the weekend. Yes, you read that correctly: a group of break-dancing monks.
Before you think that’s too random, keep in mind that Yauch was one of the world’s most famous Buddhists. Check out the video below and be proud that you know every lyric to “Intergalactic.”
