Staten Island residents have been snapping pictures of a mysterious clown who has been hanging around town, holding balloons and waving at cameras. According to our friends over at The Huffington Post, the clown has been spotted at night near the Richmond Valley and Grasmere train stations and in front of a Chinese restaurant during the day on Richmond Avenue. This isn’t the first clown that’s been trolling around…last year a clown was spotted in a small British town, which looked like Pennywise from the movie “It.”
