In true Tim Kasher-form, the man and legend has been as hard at work as ever supporting his latest solo effort–that being the intriguingly-titled Adult Film. The ten-track record is notably less decorated by production than its predecessor with The Game of Monogamy. It’s a new sound that allows Kasher’s signature blend of ponderous lyrics and touching pop melodies to stand on their own and shine.
On his most recent tour for the record, Tim was cordially invited by Radio K Studios in Minneapolis, MN (shout out to U of M-goers) to do a live performance of the single “A Raincloud is a Raincloud.” The performance–while unfortunately underheard–was sincere and well-executed.
