Miss COED 2017 Official Photo Rules, COED.com’s Miss COED 2017 Competition

By submitting photographs, the person who has entered the Competition (“Entrant”) acknowledges that she is owner or has license from the copyright holder of the submitted photos and the submitted photos do not infringe or violate any right of any third party or entity, including but not limited to copyright, right of publicity and right of privacy. 

The Entrant grants COED Media Group, LLC and those authorized by the COED Media Group, LLC (“CMG”) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any CMG purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the brand and its websites, exhibition, and commercial products, including but not limited to CMG publications. CMG will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

No photographs taken prior to January 1st, 2015, or photographs containing any person other than Entrant, will be eligible. Any Submitted Photographs exhibiting Entrant’s nipples or genitals will be rejected. The determination of whether any image exhibits Entrant’s nipples or genitals are in the sole discretion of CMG. Entrants must provide all information requested including at least five (5) recent and different photographs of the Entrant in JPEG format, (the “Submitted Photographs”) using the upload tool and instructions provided. All photographs must be submitted must be at least 800 pixels wide and no larger than 500 KB. Only the Entrant should appear in the Submitted Photographs.

CMG reserves the right to contact the Entrant to request resubmission of one or more of the Submitted Photographs and/or to request that the Entrant submit additional photos, videos, or other info such as personal information or questionnaire responses, with anything Entrant submits directly or indirectly (for example, by directing or permitting CMG to use materials from Entrant’s social media sites), collectively referred to as “Submitted Assets”. CMG also reserves the right to choose photos from the contestant’s Instagram, should the submitted photos not meet CMG’s standards. While Entrants may have assistance in entering data and uploading the photos, each Entrant must otherwise complete the entry forms by herself.  Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Submitted Photographs will be rejected.
