On June 1st, the AP ran a story about a hubcap artist / hubcap art collector by the name of Ken Marquis who founded LandFillArt, which is described on the website as "an artist reclamation project". Over the past three years, he's collected more than 1,000 pieces from artists in more than 50 countries. One artist who takes hubcap art to a whole 'nother level is Ptolemy Elrington.
