I love my college because…
when deciding where I was going to school, I was torn between two great universities. As soon as I stepped onto Kent State’s campus, I felt at home and I felt like I could make a life here for the next four years. On top of the welcoming environment that Kent State had, both the schools of journalism and fashion’s programs are ranked nationally. With that all being said, it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Multimedia Techniques because it focused a lot on the photography and videography side of journalism. Writing has always been my strong suit but it was really cool to see another side of my field!

getting ice cream and listening to music in the car. It gives you a chance to sit down and get to know the other person without the pressure of a dinner date. Plus, having similar music taste is always brownie points for me!
