Why did you choose your school and what makes it better than the rest?
I chose to go to the University of Colorado because home to me is where the mountains are. The first day I found myself on campus, I immediately felt like I was where I needed to be. The University of Colorado Boulder is more than just the scenery, it is my future.
What kind of activities are you involved in? (sorority, theatre, clubs, etc)
I am currently in GreekLife, rushing for my sorority was the best decision I have ever made! Not only have I met the most amazing girls along this journey, I have also been able to get involved while helping out my campus and community.
If you had to choose one social media to use for the year, what would it be and why?
If I had to choose one social media to use for a year I would pick Instagram! I love Instagram because photos are very important to me. I love staying in touch with the people I care about, seeing them study abroad or just enjoying their time in their hometown. Instagram is a great way to stay connected!
What’s your major/what are you thinking of majoring in?
I am majoring in Integrated Physiology, on the track to becoming a doctor or nurse, fingers crossed!!
Would you like to study abroad? Have you?
I would love to study abroad! The plan is to do it my junior year. I would really love to travel to as many places as possible, highly considering Europe or South America.
What do you know now that you wish you knew as a freshman?
It’s okay not to be doing everything your friends are!! Do what you need to do at that specific moment in time. Your college experience is all about YOU. Never lose sight of that.
