Britney Eurton is one of the faces of horse racing in the United States, as she currently serves as an analyst and sideline reporter for NBC Sports during the Triple Crown season.
Eurton made her Triple Crown series debut for NBC Sports in the year 2018. In addition to the Triple Crown series, Eurton also covers the Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series.
Prior to covering horse racing with NBC Sports, Eurton — who graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles — began her sports broadcasting career with the Television Games Network in the year 2014.
Eurton comes from a family of horse racing, as her father Peter Eurton is a decorated former jockey and thoroughbred trainer.
The Kentucky Derby is the first race in the historic Triple Crown series, which lasts for about a month from the beginning of May until the beginning of June.
In addition to the Kentucky Derby, the Triple Crown also includes the Belmont Stakes and the Preakness Stakes.
The Preakness Stakes, the second race in the Triple Crown, takes place in Baltimore on Saturday, May 18, while the Belmont Stakes, the third and final race in the Triple Crown, will go down on Saturday, June 8 in Belmont, New York.
The Triple Crown, which is run over the course of just four weeks, will conclude with the Belmont Stakes on Saturday, June 8 at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York.
