Josie Canseco, born on November 5, 1996, in Weston, Florida, is an American model who is the daughter of controversial ex-MLB star Jose Canseco and former Playboy model Jessica Canseco. Josie’s parents got married on August 27, 1996, and got divorced in 1999.
Not wasting any time in kicking off her modeling career, Canseco was named Playboy Playmate of the Month in June 2016 and subsequently appeared in the iconic magazine in a spread shot by Henrik Purienne.
Two years later in 2018, Canseco made her debut in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Josie also made occasional appearances on the VH1 reality show Hollywood Exes alongside her mother Jessica Canseco.
Josie’s father Jose — one of the dominant players in Major League Baseball in the late 1980s and early 1990s — is better known for co-authoring the explosive and controversial baseball book Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant ‘Roids, Smash Hits & How Baseball Got Big.
The book, which was released in 2005, alleged that a majority of players in Major League Baseball used steroids during his era.
