Ally Brooke Has Dropped Her Debut Solo Single & Reminded Us All That She's A Smokeshow

Ally Brooke, born Allyson Brooke Hernandez, has inally embarked on her long-awaited solo career. On Thursday, January 31, 2019, the member of girl group Fifth Harmony officially dropped her debut single “Low Key” featuring Tyga. Ally Brooke is in the process of recording her solo studio album with Atlantic Records.
“People never really got to see to the true me,” Brooke said in a press release. “Now just being able to have my own freedom of being an artist is the most incredible feeling in the world.”

Brooke rose to stardom in 2012 when she was on the reality competition show X Factor. She was put in a group alongside Camila Cabello, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane who have all gone on to pursue solo careers in recent years.
Brooke, who is of Mexican descent, was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas after being born six months premature.
