Following the news of that her mother, Lori Loughlin, was involved with the college admissions scandal known as “Operation Varsity Blues”, past comments made by Olivia Jade have been going viral due to their ironic nature.
The latest comment to resurface, from a June 2018 YouTube Clip, shows Loughlin saying that her parents taught her “you only get one reputation.”
“I did some really shady shit when I was younger, I don’t know how I didn’t get caught for it. I’m lucky I’m alive and breathing,” Jade says.
“Really their only thing for me was about safety. Don’t Uber by yourself, be classy, you only get one reputation. Yeah, glad I listened to them [her parents],” she adds.
Olivia Giannulli, known on Instagram simply as Olivia Jade, is the daughter of Lori Loughlin, the actress who played Rebecca Donaldson–Katsopolis on the ABC sitcom Full House and the Netflix sequel Fuller House.
Olivia has made a name for herself in the beauty industry, as she has over 1.1 million followers on Instagram and has a makeup line that is sold at Sephora. Olivia Jade — who is the younger of Loughlin’s two daughters with Mossimo Giannulli (the couple got married in 1997), as her older sister Isabella is one year older — was born on September 28, 1999.
In addition to her 1.1 million followers on YouTube, Olivia Jade also has over 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube, and it isn’t hard to see why: at just 19-years-old, the young make-up mogul is a spitting image of her beautiful mother, who was likely the first crush for hundreds of thousands of millennials back in the 90’s.
She isn’t just a successful young entrepreneur, though, as Olivia Jade also attends the University of Southern California. Back in September 2018, Olivia Jade spoke to Teen Vogue about her college experience thus far, particularly about her roommate and how she decorated her dorm.
Not even old enough to drink and already with a Sephora partnership in the bag, we have a feeling Olivia Jade is going to be a force in the industry for some time to come.
