Christmas Abbott: Hottest Photos On The Internet

Christmas Abbott is a former reality television show contestant, fitness trainer, and life coach from Lynchburg, Virginia. As a contestant on season 19 of the long-running CBS reality show Big Brother, Christmas was able to overcome an injury shortly after entering the house to go on to a third-place finish. Christmas had to leave the house to get foot surgery done in a hospital on Day 23 of being in the house, and on Day 24, she became the first houseguest in the history of Big Brother to cast an eviction vote via phone call from outside of the house.

When she was 13 years old, Christmas was involved in a life-threatening accident that sent her into a downward spiral of excessive drinking, smoking, and drugs. She was eventually rejected from the Army before working as an independent civilian laundry attendant at the US Base in Iraq where she began to change her life.

Christmas eventually took up CrossFit training which led to her own career as a trainer and coach.

Taking on this Monday with a laugh and positive attitude! Why dread the start of something when you can celebrate it?! I’m trying to apply this to my recent pregnancy discovery. It’s a new start and the beginning of anything is usually rough. LOTS of life changes all at once and navigating this new time and experience with another person can have some challenges! But keeping an open heart, mind, and practicing a hella lot of patience is making this a more loving and enjoyable journey. I’m not saying Monday’s should be compared to new pregnancies (well, sort of) but the approach could be applied! You’re going to have tough times no matter what, but you don’t have to DREAD the start of it or unnecessarily torture yourself. Rather put on your favorite song, do your meditation, and start your journey right! Thanks @lifeaidbevco @matt_roy for this fun shoot! #pregnant #mondayfunday #lifeaid #fitaid #lovethelifeyoulive #mindsetiseverything

Week 4 compared to week 12. I have gained a few pounds overall, but nothing major (that comes later) and any “showing” signs are simply just pregnancy bloat. My waist is growing, the abs are softening, and I cannot WAIT to have a little bump to rub and love! I feel like I’ve had a pretty great pregnancy so far. I’ve only had a handful of periods where I didn’t feel well between nausea or yuckiness. I’ve needed lasagna and I’m obsessed with lemon aid, especially if it has bubbles! The biggest & realest challenge I have had so far is the emotional rollercoaster! Truth bomb, I’ve had some real dark moments & sometimes days. I’ve had moments of obsession with things that negatively affect me and I kept feeding into them at first, something I haven’t done since my teen years. At times I can feel myself morphing into a completely different person, someone I would never tolerate in my life now, and I can’t reign myself back in but just have to hold on for the ride. It’s simply been UNREAL. With that said, on the contrast, I have been SO IN LOVE with being pregnant and feeling our baby Bunny 🐰 grow inside of me. Not all days are dark and most of the time I’m in great spirits! It’s been important for me to combat this alter pregnancy ego (I should create a name for her like Halloween Scary or Crazy Christmas) through positive sweat, good food choices, resting, communication with Ben @coach_bunny (who has been a damn rockstar in handling my Crazy Christmas), community, but most of all focusing on positive projects that serve me in a happy way! Whenever these negative thoughts start to surface I either chat with Ben or work on a project that I love or inspires me, especially if it’s baby Bunn related! Now that I’m at the end of the first trimester I am less anxious about the pregnancy and am gleefully diving into all of the possibilities of what our baby will be like and the impact they’ll have in this world. Most of all, Ben and I talk about how much we love this child already and that want to be the best parents we can be and ow we can do that together. 👶🏻🐰💛 #familystrong #crossfitbaby #bunnintheoven #BabyBunn #babybunny #12weekspregnant #progresspic

@kai.york.official can always capture the perfect balance between my fierce and feminine personality. 🖤 I’m not just one or the other and I love indulging into the different sides of my personality, embracing who I am completely and not who I am expected to be. Yes, I’m aggressive but I’m also empathetic and caring. I’m masculine in many ways but also as feminine as they come in others. I’m the child who wore her Easter dress for as long as she could fit into it, while building forts and playing war with the neighbors. There’s no right or wrong way to be if you are always being your true self. Thank you @kai.york.official for capturing such a dynamic showcase of me. Your work is unmatched for what you love to showcase, powerful and feminine women. #kaiyorkphotography #lovewhoyouare #embraceitall #firesoul #mondaymotivation

I’ve been fortunate to be able to lift through my pregnancy so far, currently going into 18 weeks. I was lifting for years before so I am able to continue to lift until I become uncomfortable with it, if at all. For me, lifting is therapy, it’s growth, it shows me how powerful I am, but most importantly it shows me how far I have come from that lost little girl I was growing up. I love feeling strong and how my body responds to the demands I put on it. I lift smart and train smarter. I want to do this for life, not just for a number or a day. It’s imperative to me to be safe in my technique, numbers, and especially my mindset around what I’m lifting. I love feeling strong and love that I can teach my son that they can lift for life, not just competition. I’ve had several people ask me why I still lift and it’s for several reasons. I love my body enough to keep it moving and in good health including my mind and spirit. I want to show others that pregnancy is powerful and not an illness. Most of all, I want to train for a safe and healthy delivery. There’s a reason they call it labor! Cheers to all the moms out there! May you show your children what strong is and what you are capable of! 📸 @luisx_com #familystrong #fitmom #crossfit #trainingforlabor
