Josina Anderson has been with ESPN since August 2011, and currently serves as an NFL insider and reporter for the Worldwide Leader. Anderson appears on NFL Live, Sunday NFL Countdown, Fantasy Football Now and SportsCenter, while also appearing on NFL Sunday Countdown as a game-day reporter. Before she joined ESPN, Anderson served as a co-anchor, reporter, and producer for FOX 31. She also claimed a Heartland Emmy award for “A Premonition to Addis Ababa” which took a look at Colorado Crush quarterback John Dutton making a trip to Ethiopia to adopt an 11-year-old boy.
The veteran reporter began her television career in Coos Bay, Oregon for the town’s local CBS affiliate. She then made the trip to Washington, D.C. to cover the Washington Redskins, Washington Wizards, and Washington Mystics — along with Georgetown and Maryland basketball.
Anderson graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a degree in exercise and sports science while also competing as a track and field athlete.
