Sam Bledsoe has had a rough start to her experience as a cast member on season 20 of the CBS hit reality show Big Brother. Bledsoe was one of the two contestants to receive a severe punishment following the opening competitions, which leaves her appearing as a robot throughout the house.
The twist — which has isolated Bledsoe — has left her wondering whether she will be able to have a legitimate chance at coming away with the $500,000 grand prize.
Bledsoe, a 27-year-old welder from Stuarts Draft, Virginia, is hoping to use her personality to win over her housemates if she can escape the block in week one.
“I’m extremely perceptive and intuitive, a master of the ‘mirror’ technique,” she said. “I create a connection and genuine sense of security. As a hairdresser and bartender, I am an excellent listener. People just want to tell me everything for some reason, and I have a steel-trap memory. I don’t forget.”
From her CBS bio:
What would you take into the house and why?
– My rooster, Pooch. He is my cuddle buddy.
– My wood burner and some wood. It’s a hobby of mine and it’s relaxing.
– A picture of my family and loved ones because I’m going to miss my people.
Fun facts about yourself:
– I used to be a hair stylist before becoming a welder fabricator.
– I raised honeybees.
– I catch critters, like snakes and racoons, with my bare hands.
