Britt Baron is an American actress who found her breakthrough role as Justine on the Netflix comedy series GLOW. GLOW is an American comedy television series created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch that airs on Netflix.
The lovely Alison Brie stars on GLOW as Ruth Wilder. The show revolves around the people involved with the 1980s syndicated women’s professional wrestling circuit, the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW). The first 10-episode season premiered on Netflix on June 23, 2017.
Prior to her breakout role on GLOW, Baron worked as a voice-over, film, and theatre actress. She starred in East of Eden and Grand Concourse at Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago and has also appeared on Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders and Chicago PD.’
Baron, who was born in White Plains, New York, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan.
Brie stars as Ruth Wilder, an out-of-work actress living in Los Angeles, California during the 1980’s. Baron plays Justine “Scab” Biag, a teenage runaway turned GLOW wrestler.

Set in Los Angeles in 1985, Ruth Wilder, a struggling actress, auditions along with many other women in a fledgling professional wrestling promotion called the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW). She is at odds with GLOW’s director Sam Sylvia due to her tendency to overact. When Ruth’s former best friend, retired soap opera actress Debbie Eagan, arrives at the ring, their confrontation promises to either make or break the show.
The second season of GLOW, which also consists of ten episodes, premiered on Friday, June 29, 2018.
