Born June 2, 1973 in Westfield, New Jersey, Feige is one of the youngest presidents of a major motion film studio.
In his early years, Feige had watched his grandfather work in the television industry as a television producer for popular 1950s soap operas The Guiding Light and As The World Turns. Since his youth, Feige has always hoped to pursue a career in entertainment like his grandfather.

In the early 1990s, Feige attended and graduated from University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, which took him six applications before he gained acceptance. This determination is a key defining attribute of Feige’s personality and has made him admired by colleagues within and out the industry alike.
In the mid-1990s, he began assistant executive production work on films. In 2000 he was hired by Marvel, now Disney Studios, as an associate producer for the original X-Men film, in which case over the years, has overseen films for the Marvel Cinematic Universe grossing over $10 billion.
Through his rapid success, he was named President of the studio in 2007 and remains in position, overseeing the cinematic aspect of the brand. Marvel opted to part ways in 2017 with the television and broadcast operation allowing each to function separately under the same guiding parent company.
Today with the recent success of Black Panther (2018) and the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War (2018) films being released this year, Feige is being hailed as one of the real-life superheroes’ behind the scenes bringing these iconic comic book storylines to the big screen and more importantly, to a wider global audience.
