President Donald Trump has sent out yet another Tweet, this time responding to the recent shooting in lower Manhattan. The attack is currently being investigated as a terrorism-related incident. According to witnesses and authorities, the suspect shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the attack.

29-year-old New Jersey resident Sayfullo Saipov has been identified as the alleged shooting suspect. In total, Saipov is accused of killing eight people, and injuring 11 others. During the attack in New York City on Halloween, Saipov also drove a truck into a crowd of pedestrians. He reportedly rented the truck from New Jersey. Saipov came to the United States in 2010 from Uzbekistan on a diversity visa. He lived in Tampa, Florida, but moved to New Jersey to live with his wife and children. President Trump is considering sending him over to Guantanamo Bay.

President Trump blamed Chuck Schumer on Twitter for the “Diversity Visa Lottery Program” that brought the suspected terrorist over to American soil. Trump wrote, “The terrorist came into our country through what is called the “Diversity Visa Lottery Program” a Chuck Schumer beauty. I want merit based.”

Trump later spoke before a cabinet meeting at the White House, and informed reporters that “The “diversity lottery” β sounds nice. It’s not nice. It’s not good. We want a merit-based program.”
President Trump said that he was “being stopped by Democrats” while he was trying to “get rid of this lottery program” regarding immigration.
“We’re going to stop that,” said the President.
The President is also considering sending the terror suspect over to Guantanamo Bay.
32-year-old Darren Drake has been identified as one of the eight victim of Tuesday’s terror attack in New York City.
