I have no doubt that everyone has their own personal struggles, and I’m totally empathetic of that fact. Just because Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a gorgeous, well-paid, world famous super model, doesn’t mean her life is perfect. In fact, it doesn’t even mean she’s any happier than you or me.
However, when you are a gorgeous, well-paid, world famous model, there’s a reason for that — and that reason is that you are damn attractive. So while I understand that everyone on this planet — whether it be Emily Ratajkowski or Kim Jong Un — faces personal turmoil, I have a hard time wrapping my head around an internationally known bombshell saying she’s insecure.
In an interview with Glamour Magazine, Huntington-Whiteley, who is expecting her first baby with world renowned badass Jason Statham, said that even she is not immune to feeling insecure, even going as far as taking 100 selfies before she’s satisfied.
‘Well, you need half an hour, you need great lighting, and you need to be prepared to take about 100 pictures of yourself, edit through 100 pictures of yourself and then filter them three times.’
‘I can’t say that I’m immune to that,’ she said about looking at beautiful women on Instagram. ‘Sometimes I’m like, “F***!” You know? That doesn’t make me feel great.’
Just put it this way: a supermodel saying they’re insecure about their looks is like a doctor or a lawyer saying they don’t think they’re very smart, which is PREPOSTEROUS because they very clearly are.
