Tuppence Middleton is a 29-year-old actress from Bristol, England, UK. She made her on-screen debut in 2008, playing Alice in the short film Dance Lessons. Tuppence would make her first appearance on television in 2008 as well, taking on the role of Vera Waterhouse in the two-part “Yanks in the U.K.” episode of Bones.
But it wasn’t until 2009 when Tuppence really announced her arrival as an actress. She starred as Justine Fielding in the comedy horror film Tormented, and her performance lead to her being nominated for the 2010 London Evening Standard Film Awards for Most Promising Newcomer.
Once Tuppence established herself, she had no trouble landing parts. Recently, Tuppence has been doing a lot of television, playing Hélène Kuragina in War & Peace (2016), Amelia Havisham in Dickensian (2015-2016), and Riley Blue in Sense8 (2015-2017). She might be best known for her work on Sense8, as she stars in the popular science fiction Netflix series.
