James Deen Denies All Rape Allegations in New Interview

In a recent interview with The Daily Beast, erotic film star James Deen officially denies all rape allegations brought against him in recent weeks.

Withint the last few weeks, several women have accused Deen of raping them, the first being former industry co-worker and girlfriend, Stoya.

Since then, several others – Teen Mom‘s Farrah Abraham, Tori Lux, Joanna Angel – have divulged similar tales of assault.

Now in his first exclusive interview, the once-popular erotic star claims that he wasn’t aware that any boundaries were ever crossed.

All of the accusations are from either ex-girlfriends or events that happened on set. I always try to take responsibility for my actions and apologize when needed. As far as these other claims, at a certain point I feel like people have to step back and analyze this stuff in context. Most of these are descriptions of things on BDSM or rough sex sets. When I am on set I am under instruction of the company who is paying me. I could describe the events of the scene I was in the other day and it could be just as dramatic. I have no desire to blame people who consider themselves victims or throw stones. I will just say this: my job as a performer for rough sex companies is to engage in certain acts. If at any point I pushed boundaries past the point of comfort, I am sorry. I have always tried to respect peoples’ limits and safe words and operated within that space. If someone expressed anything to me I honored the request with the fullest care.

When questioned about Stoya, Deen maintains bafflement. He explains that their breakup was messy – he mentions that she made threats towards him and his employees, spit at them, and sent a string of inappropriate text messages – and blames her public shaming on a count of him moving in with his new girlfriend, Chanel Preston. That or she just wants to push traffic to her website.

Ouch.

He also insinuates that his accusers may have been paid to shame him.

Multiple women have told me journalists have offered them up to five thousand dollars for stories about me. Again, I’m not blaming the victim and if anything ever happened that was over the line I want to apologize and ensure that when communicated these things DO NOT HAPPEN. At this point I am just waiting for everyone who has ever disliked me ever from my entire life to come out with some extreme story or interpretation of how horrible I am.

Somehow, it gets worse.

Considering the majority of readers have already made up their minds on the matter, Deen makes one last effort to redeem himself by making sure everyone knows he was never a self-proclaimed “feminist” or “boy next door,” as if that justifies anything.

According to Cosmopolitan,

Deen also distanced himself from the label of being a feminist p0rn star. “I have never claimed to be a ‘feminist’ or ‘the boy next door,'” he said. But in an August interview with Elle.com, he more or less said he was, after protesting at first. “I wouldn’t consider myself a feminist,” he said. “People are just people. Some people are assholes. Some of those people are men, some of them are women. At the end of the day I want everyone to have the respect that they deserve and to respect people’s civil liberties and rights. I don’t know, maybe I am a f*cking feminist!”

So far, only one of his accusers has responded to the interview. Fellow adult film star Kora Peters – who claimed that Deen forced her into performing sexual acts on camera without her consent – responded via Twitter earlier today.

I bet James Deen erases the BTS where he offers me drugs & alcohol to finish the scene & I talk shit right into the camera. #novictimshaming

No two ways about it, one anal scene with James was consented to for his site but he totally made me cry & offered me drugs & alcohol on set

That was for his site. The non consenting scene was a B/G scene for a larger company and anal was on my NO list, period! End of discussion!!

I will not tolerate victim shaming and will block anyone doing so or harassing me! #MistressKora #StraightUp #novictimshaming

We’re sure more will come out as the day goes on.
