Rape Accusations Against James Deen Keep Coming In & He Has Little to Say About Them

Adult film star James Deen was outed over the weekend by former girlfriend and industry member Stoya on rape allegations. Late Saturday, she announced the following on Twitter:

Now several days later, others are coming out with similar stories:

The ONLY person to ever be on my NO list for years- showing his true colors #solidaritywithstoya

— Ashley Fires (@AshleyFires) November 29, 2015

He’s dead on the inside and dead to me . He’s literally the worst person I’ve ever met . That’s all I’ll say for now #solidaritywithstoya

And then there’s Tori Lux’s story in The Daily Beast, which recounts a disturbing assault by Deen in 2011.

While James wasn’t performing with me that day, he was present on set—and almost immediately after I’d finished my scene he began to antagonize me. I hadn’t even had time to dress myself when he said, with a smirk on his face, “Tori Lux, would you like to sniff my testicles?” “Nope,” I replied in a neutral tone. “I’ll repeat myself: Tori Lux, would you like to sniff my testicles?” he asked, more aggressively this time. I replied with a firm “No,” in order to establish my boundary—which James then disregarded by grabbing me by the throat and shoving me down onto a mattress on the floor. He proceeded to straddle my chest, pinning down my arms with his knees. Then, he raised his hand high above his head, swinging it down and hitting me in the face and head with an open palm. He did this five or six times—hard—before finally getting off of me.

The hashtag #solidaritywithstoya quickly took over Twitter once the story went viral.

I stand in #solidaritywithstoya Rape accusations are rarely false, and should always be taken seriously with full support for the victim.

I've never liked his on-screen persona or the ways he performs.#SolidarityWithStoya

Two more adult stars have come out against James Deen I can only imagine what he's done to countless other performers #solidaritywithstoya

Unfortunately there’s also commentary like this out there:

Wtf is this shit?! A sex worker's body is no less their body. She's a human, not a commodity #standwithstoya pic.twitter.com/htTXAUud5Y

Deen – who was commonly referred to as “the boy next door” – took to his Twitter to “clear up” the accusations with few words:

There have been some egregious claims made against me on social media

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) November 30, 2015

I want to assure my friends, fans and colleagues that these allegations are both false and defamatory

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) November 30, 2015

I respect women and I know and respect limits both professionally and privately

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) November 30, 2015

So basically, he said nothing at all. I mean, you’re being accused of rape here, it’s pretty f*cking serious. And that’s all you have to say about it?

What’s most disturbing about all of this is how many rape joke Deen has made in the past:

the dude who invented the rape whistle must be kinda pissed because on one hand fuck rape but if no one gets raped he wont sell any whistles

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) March 31, 2009

Then you know to run when you hear the rape whistle… Plus it makes more sense with the name

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) March 31, 2009

I'm going to get off this plane and go rape a stuffed animal until it crys!!!!

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) February 28, 2011

While checking out of the hotel I repeatedly used the term "anal rape" to describe their pricing structure

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) October 16, 2013

Do they make candy hearts that say "rape me"??? #pornoromance

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) February 14, 2011

Things I've learned… It's not rape if you yell surprise and if you put enough bbq sauce on anything it will taste ok

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) February 19, 2011

It's not rape if you yell surprise… then it's a party RT @danadearmond @JamesDeen it's ok. You'll be ass raping them in 6 years.

— James Deen (@JamesDeen) April 10, 2012

About time those things came back to bite him in the ass.
