The Miss USA 2015 pageant will judge the hottest contestants from all 50 of the United States of America. The winner of Miss USA will then go on to face the contestants of other countries–who is then crowned Miss Universe. Last year’s winner of Miss USA was Nia Sanchez of Nevada, and we’ll be watching to see who wins this year.
There was a brief moment where we thought that Donald Trump‘s motor mouth might have ended the pageant altogether, but the only actual windfall is that pageant will now air on July 12th on REELZ instead of NBC.
That’s great news if you couldn’t give a damn about politics and it’s not like anyone’s watching Miss USA to see Donald Trump. What they are tuning in for is the popular swimsuit segment, which Miss America does not have.
