Nintendo E3 2015: Announcements, Games, Recap & Highlights

The biggest week in the video game business continues this afternoon with Nintendo E3 2015 event. You can expect Super Mario Galaxy 3, Super Mario Sunshine 2, or even Super Mario Sunshine HD, Star Fox for Wii U, Project Giant Robot, Project Guard, and more surprises.

Every year, as part of the annual E3 video game convention in Los Angeles, the world’s biggest game companies hold massive press conferences to show off their upcoming software, hardware and new partnerships.

The Nintendo E3 2015 briefing begins June 16th at 9:00 AM Pacific time, 12:00 PM Eastern. We’ll be letting you know about the big announcements as they happen below.

More Amiibo are on the way, to be announced this week, and new games to use them in.

Karthik Bara from Activision is talking with Reggie. They are bringing vehicles to Skylanders Superchargers.


Turbocharged Donkey Kong and a Barrel Blaster vehicle are coming to Skylanders. Donkey Kong can throw barrels, Bowser can slam down a hammer. They work on the Skylanders portal or as an Amiibo if you twist the base.

Zelda: Triforce Heroes confirmed!. Coming Fall 2015, only on 3DS.

Hyrule Warriors Legends is coming to 3DS.

Metroid Prime: Federation Force announced. A 3DS co-op game set in the Metroid Prime Universe. Also include Metroid Prime: Blast Ball. Available 2016.
