The 181st Oktoberfest will officially begin on September 20th. In between the beer, the sexy beer maidens, and all the folk music there’s a whole lot to take in–a lot of it is pretty interesting. For example, did you know that over seven million liters of beer will be consumed? Did you also know that there are 800 meters of toilets to deal with all that beer? Like we said, interesting stuff.
We’ll 100% keep you updated with drunk Americans trying to be German as videos and photos come out of the massive tents, but in the meantime why not learn a thing or two about the festival you’ve always wanted to attend.
