"Hunger Games: Mockingjay" Trailer Provides Grown-Up Action [VIDEO]

The final, full trailer for the new Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I movie just hit the web and it looks like something that could bring in a big audience of grownups. It should, since a lot of the kids who bought the first Hunger Games book back in 2008 are getting ready to graduate college, and the film franchise has done a pretty impressive job of  providing grown-ass guns, explosions and battles.
The movie picks up right where the last one left off at Katniss, played by Jennifer Lawrence, settles into life after the Hunger Games in the underground District 13 when she learns that Peeta is still alive. She sets out to save Peeta and reluctantly led the rebellion setting up the movie for a big, epic battle that looks like something out of one of the Lord of the Rings movies, let alone a movie based on a series of books for kids…

The Hunger Games movies have been pretty heavy from the start but this one looks like an all-out war epic and could actually bring in a much older audience compared to the two previous films. It’s got a ton of violence, loud explosions, and more weapons than a backwoods militia’s armory. And at this point, the Hunger Games franchise has surprised all of us by managing to become more of a guys film series than The Expendables.
