Michael Sam’s Sack Of Johnny Manziel Causes Problem For Twitter User

Michael Sam Lead

People on Twitter sometimes bite off more than they can chew during their 140 character spiel. A user named @SquareKnight made the following comment going into Saturday night’s game between the St. Louis Rams and Cleveland Browns involving Michael Sam and Johnny Manziel.

And then this happened:

It seemed like a harmless comment considering that Sam wasn’t likely going to get to Manziel let alone do the money sign. Well, Sam did end up sacking Manziel and then doing the famed money sign after the sack. Well, the user sent out a series of tweets after the game about declaring bankruptcy and saying that he messed up but offering to donate to Sam’s favorite charity.

Sam actually responded in another tweet saying that the Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis could use a donation. The Twitter user has agreed to donate there. The best part is that @SquareKnight actually agreed to do something after his boast online. There is a good ending to a story that could have been just a bad promise on Twitter.
