In the final weeks before the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One break through the wall like the Kool-Aid Man, game publishers are unleashing some of their biggest guns. Battlefield 4 takes that phrase literally, unleashing a devastating array of munitions to let you use to blow each other apart in its virtual world. White House Down, movieland’s answer to first-person shooters, is also blowing stuff up real good. Also, you may hear your childhood knocking on the door in the form of Saved by the Bell, Boy Meets World and Robotech, all of which are out in complete series box sets. By the way, if you were hoping for a review of Call of Duty: Ghosts, you’ll have to wait a week. I’ll hold off on my impressions of the game until I’ve gotten slaughtered enough in multiplayer to form a coherent opinion.
