College Football 2011 Week 13 Preview: Cheerleader Edition [PHOTOS]

Last week, we followed our abysmal showing in Week 11 with a 3-7 record for our predictions. If we were fantasy football players we’d be color coded blue. Lots of close games in Week 12 with the upset special coming at the hands of Iowa State who took down #2 Oklahoma State. So, which match-ups should you tune into over the Thanksgiving break? There are a ton of rivalry games with division and conference title implications. Check out our suggestions and predictions along with pics of each squad’s cheerleaders below.

No. 25 Texas at Texas A&M

Time: 8:00 PM ET

Channel: ESPN

COED PREDICTION: Texas played tough against K-State, A&M should be fired up for their rivals but the LONGHORNS should bag the Aggies.

PS – We know the Aggies don’t have female cheerleaders. Settle.

No. 3 Arkansas at No. 1 LSU

Time: 2:30 PM ET

Channel: CBS

COED PREDICTION: Hopefully this contest between top ranked teams will provide more fireworks than the LSU – ‘Bama showdown a few weeks back. TIGERS are just too good to lose at home.

Pittsburgh at West Virginia

Time: 7:00 PM ET

Channel: ESPN

COED PREDICTION: The Backyard Brawl is always a good game. Both teams are 3-2 in the Big East with West F***ing Virginia boasting the better overall record at 7-3. It’ll be WVU’s high powered pass offense against Pitt’s exceptional D. MOUNTAINEERS in OT.

No. 13 Georgia at No. 23 Georgia Tech

Time: 12:00 PM ET

Channel: ESPN

COED PREDICTION: It’ll be G-Tech’s rush attack against Georgia’s staunch D. I’m feelin’ the YELLOW JACKETS in this one.

No. 2 Alabama at No. 24 Auburn

Time: 3:30 PM ET

Channel: CBS

COED PREDICTION: The CRIMSON TIDE should win, but it’ll be much closer than prognosticators think.

No. 19 Penn State at No. 16 Wisconsin

Time: 3:30 PM ET

Channel: ESPN

COED PREDICTION: After a must-have emotional win against the Buckeyes, the Nittany Lions look to capture the Leaders division with a W over the Badgers, but WISCONSIN‘s on a hot streak after 2 back breaking losses, so I gotta roll with them.

No. 5 Virginia Tech at Virginia

Time: 3:30 PM ET

Channel: ABC | ESPN2

COED PREDICTION: Virginia got a much needed surprise W over the ‘Noles last week V-Tech squeezed by the Tar Heels. With the Coastal Division at stake, I want to pick the Cavs but have to take the HOKIES.

Florida State at Florida

Time: 7:00 PM ET

Channel: ESPN2

COED PREDICTION: FSU’s a game back in the Coastal division of the ACC behind Clemson while Florida’s looking to salvage lost season. This one’s usually a classic but ‘NOLES should win.

No. 17 Clemson at No. 12 South Carolina

Time: 7:45 PM ET

Channel: ESPN

COED PREDICTION: This should be a good one, folks (to quote Brent Musberger). Clemson’s a lock for the ACC title game while South Carolina’s hoping Georgia falters against G-Tech. If the GAMECOCKS can run the ball with success, they should win.

No. 22 Notre Dame at No. 6 Stanford

Time: 8:00 PM ET

Channel: ABC

COED PREDICTION: Both teams barely beat their unranked opponents last week (ND over BC, Stanford over Cal). A lot’s at stake for the Cardinal, so this will be a true test for Andrew Luck. In a must win game, we’ll take Stanford.

Time: 10:00 PM ET

Channel: Move to SoCal, brah.

COED PREDICTION: The Bruins have a better rushing attack but USC’s Barkley is dead set on showing scouts he’s legit. TROJANS should win.
