Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select

Made using the standards of the original Jack Daniel’s recipe, Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select is charcoal mellowed and then matured in newly charred white oak barrels.

All of that is great, but where the Single Barrel is aged is what makes all the difference in the end. J.D. Single Barrels are actually stored in the highest levels of the Jack Daniel’s barrelhouse (a.k.a the “angel roost”) where the summer temperatures reach well over 100 degrees. The whiskey within the barrel then goes through massive fluctuations throughout the aging process, making what comes out of the barrel in the end more robust and rich in flavor.

Fewer than 1 in 100 barrels is selected for the prestigious Single Barrel name!
