ThinkGeek’s New Playmobil Apple Store Playset [VIDEO]

This isn’t funny, ThinkGeek… not funny at all. I know it’s April Fool’s Day and all, but there’s harmless joking around and then there’s just playing with the fragile emotions of a geek. Like they do every April 1st, the jerks people over at ThinkGeek make a too-awesome-for-words product that, much to the dismay of nearly everyone on the internet, doesn’t exist – until they cave in to our nerdy demands and make it happen. But I doubt this Playmobil Apple Store playset will ever be made real!

Look at all this: miniature iPads, MacBooks and – okay, enough, ThinkGeek- a set of hipster figurines to wait in line in front of the store – with Steve Wozniak on a Segway (I can’t get enough that he’s much thinner and the first in line)! I know there would be countless copyright issues involved when trying to manufacture this thing, but just imagine the possibilities. The Apple Store can spin off into a whole sub-line of hipster themed Playmobil sets, like vintage record stores or pretentious independent coffee shops!

While the Apple Store playset may not be real, products like the Star Wars Lightsaber Popsicles and Angry Birds Pork Rinds sure aren’t. Guess they’re not all bad… kinda.
