Petco Park in San Diego Stadium Scorecard

||

Being that Petco Park is located in downtown San Diego you will not have a problem finding street parking. Just make sure you read the meters and find a spot that doesn’t have a time limit.

We asked our Twitter following what bars to check out before the game and all signs pointed to Tilted Kilt located only steps from the stadium. Here we were treated to fairly priced beer and hot waitresses dressed like Britney Spears in her Baby One More Time music video.

Petco Park is very impressive. There is a grassy hill in the downfield where you can lay down a blanket and watch the game. If you go the grassy hill route make sure you take a picture with the “Mr. Padre” Tony Gwynn statue.

In rightfield you’ll notice a historic brick building built right into the wall. Instead of tearing the building down the Padres worked it into the outfield wall and it certainly adds character to the stadium.

Petco Park Ratings

The rating system is based on a scale of 1 to 5 Bud Black heads. 1 Bud Black head is a lowest rating and 5 Bud Black head is the highest rating.
