Adventure to Joe Mauer’s High School (PICS)

Joe Mauer is considered one of the greatest high school athletes of all-time – the guy struckout only one time in four years and hit .605 his senior year. He was named USA Today High School Player of the Year in two sports (football in 2000 as a quarterback and baseball in 2001 as a catcher).  We had some time to kill in Minneapolis so John, my two friends Ben and Emily and myself decided to use Ovi Maps to find Cretin-Derham Hall where he and another Twins great Paul Molitor played. The field is beautiful but the dimensions are very questionable, only 343ft in center and 302ft down the rightfield line.
