The latest and last installment of "The Hangover" movies feels like a bad one you can't shake.
This morning Screen Junkies reported via The National Ledger that Bradley Cooper has confirmed there WILL be a third Hangover but it won't follow the formulaic storyline of the first two. Todd Phillips is reportedly working on the script and they hope to start shooting in September 2012. However, they might need to rethink their strategy after Saturday's announcement that the first FDA approved hangover pill is now available. And it's called "Blowfish". Read more after the jump.
So I finally saw the Hangover II and yes, it sucked. Only when I saw this blooper reel did I really realize how funny the first one was. I love Ed Helms (see Cedar Rapids), but he wasn't enough to hold down the Bangkok sequel. Not that I thought he was a standup genius to begin with, but you also realize how unfunny Bradley Cooper is during Zach Galifianakis' rants. Anyways, watching these guys mesh is pretty amazing - the highlight is easily during the doctor's office scene when they're just straight up laughing at the old man about to die. Just who in the holy hellscape is Alexander McQueen? Well, he was a British fashion designer who was chief designer at Givenchy before founding his own label. He won 4 British Designer of the Year awards as well as International Designer of the Year. Unfortunately, he passed in February 2010. But, his legacy still lives on as evidenced by the startling turnout of A-list celebrities at his Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala held at the Met last night. We say, "startling" because we don't even see this kind of top notch celebrity attendance at the Super Bowl, Grammys, Oscars, and Emmys combined. Don't believe us? The proof's in the pictures, my man. Check 'em out after the jump!
Limitless took the #1 spot last weekend earning $18.9 million at the box office and beating out a bunch of heavy hitters from our Most Anticipated Movies of 2011 list. I got the chance to see it last weekend and I gotta say it most definitely did NOT disappoint. Bradley Cooper is one cool dude AND Abbie Cornish (who stars in this weekend's "Sucker Punch" and plays Cooper's girlfriend in the movie) is one hot chick. To celebrate its release (and subsequent success) we're giving away an 8GB iPod and a Limitless water bottle. Find out how to enter after the jump!
COED's Most Anticipated Movies of 2010 hailed the film adaptation of "Arrested Development" as the most eagerly awaited release for this past year. So, what makes us want to see a movie? It could be our admiration for certain actors or directors, or it could be as simple as a bad-ass poster or tagline. Whatever the case may be, we've combed Variety's Film Release Chart for the movies releasing in 2011 that could be on your "Best Of" list come this time next year. Without further ado, COED presents our list of the Most Anticipated Movies of 2011. See the full list after the jump!
This weekend's entries feature a social network, a social worker, a socially awkward vampire child, douchebags, lack of ballbags, hatchet wounds, chain letters, and number crunchers. Now quit livestreaming your gay roommate's sexual jaunts and "poke" this preview column...
COED's Most Anticipated Movies of 2010 hailed the film adaptation of "Arrested Development" as the most eagerly awaited release. Talk about your all-time c*cktease. Looking at this year's tentative slate of box office hopefuls, you might think Hollywood is unoriginal. Even with with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley replacing Megan Fox, Transformers 3 has no chance of erasing the soiled diaper that was Revenge of the Fallen.
Guitar riff. Black van with red stripe blasting through some bushes. Mohawk. Disguises. Guns. Bigger Guns. Tanks falling from the sky. Helicopters. Cigars clenched by the strongest set of mandibles ever. If you have a problem. If no one else can help. You can call on ... THE A-TEAM. Man, has this been a long time coming.
In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Now they're back in action again with an all new cast (George Peppard RIP) for the brand spanking new A-Team Movie, due to hit screens on June 11, 2010.
