The 63rd annual primetime Emmys were last night (9/18) and we gotta say Jane Lynch was pretty stellar. We don't watch Glee but we might have to tune in if she's pumping out gems like she did at the ceremony. That opening number was awesome. We're pretty sure you could boost any show's ratings with a double dose injection of Lynch. She should probably get her own show. Anyway, other than the impromptu Miss Universe-esque act pulled off by the Best Lead Actress nominees, there wasn't much in terms of entertainment. Other than the new Charlie's Angels presenting Best Male Lead in a Drama to Coach Taylor, there wasn't much eye candy either (unless you like low-cut "cleavage" dresses that exposed bony chest-plates). Or so you thought! We've got photos from the red hot red carpet below. Check 'em out then let us know who the sexiest girl is in the comments after the jump.
As we mentioned earlier, Rosie Huntington Whiteley was #1 on Maxim's Hot 100 list while Brooklyn Decker took a backseat to Avril Lavigne and Miley Cyrus somehow placed above Diora Baird. Plus, Cameron Diaz at #4? Yeah, she loves porn and flying cross country for d*ck, but still. With any list, the creators are bound to be skewered and scrutinized - that's part of the appeal. Overall, Maxim's was pretty solid, but we think there were some glaring omissions that deserve some credit for their bodies... of work. Check out the 11 sexiest snubs from Maxim's "Hot 100" after the jump. Ladies, if you need a shoulder to cry on, ours are super absorbent.

We reported earlier today that Friday Night Lights knockout Adrianne Palicki has been cast in David E. Kelley's upcoming "Wonder Woman" NBC pilot as the golden lassoed, invisible plane flying heroine. We've loved AP as soon as we laid eyes on her, naming her our Miss COED in 2007 then to our list of Emerging Hotties of 2008. She's poised for a huge 2011, starring in the upcoming summer blockbuster Thor. You may remember we posted a gallery of photoshopped Celebrity Supergirls back in the fall. Well, to celebrate Adrianne's casting, we've compiled a gallery of celebrities who've been photoshopped into the Wonder Woman costume. See the pics after the jump!
Adrianne Palicki has been tapped to play Wonder Woman in David E. Kelly's re-imagined new series for NBC. All we can say is, it's about f***ing time. We have been wowed and wondered by Adrianne since her Smallville and FNL days and there is absolutely no logical / acceptable reason that this girl has yet to become a household name. Congrats Adrianne, we can't think of anyone who would look hotter in the invisible jet.
COED's Most Anticipated Movies of 2010 hailed the film adaptation of "Arrested Development" as the most eagerly awaited release for this past year. So, what makes us want to see a movie? It could be our admiration for certain actors or directors, or it could be as simple as a bad-ass poster or tagline. Whatever the case may be, we've combed Variety's Film Release Chart for the movies releasing in 2011 that could be on your "Best Of" list come this time next year. Without further ado, COED presents our list of the Most Anticipated Movies of 2011. See the full list after the jump!
