Jaime’s been a COED (and Busted Coverage) favorite ever since we saw her show off the full line of (modified) NFL jerseys before last season. When BC purchased the pants, many scoffed. With all the offseason scandal and controversy that went down this year, it’s safe to say everyone and their den mother is dying to get the the college football season started. Come Thursday, September 1st, all the illegal booster and agent gifts, prostitutes, yacht rides, and abortions will be momentarily forgotten and we can get back to the glory of the game. One of the teams missing from this preseason top 25 rankings is Texas. While expectations might be low, we’d like to give them some motivation that’s A) completely legal and B) won’t injure them. Needless to say, we wouldn’t mind hookin’ the thong-horns in the gallery after the jump.

Well, their developing story today is the report that this one dude Nevin Shapiro has come forward alleging he done some shady sh*t at the University of Miami and NO ONE stopped him for 8 years, implying that the coaches and administration knew about and chose not to step in. Michigan & Notre Dame Unveil Retro Legacy Uniforms For Under the Lights Game [9 PHOTOS]
The Ann Arbor Journal, WNDU, and multiple other media outlets are reporting the Wolverines and Fighting Irish will wear retro-looking “legacy” uniforms when they play each other on the night of September 10th in a game / event they’re calling “Under the Lights” because it’s the first time Michigan has ever played a night game in Ann Arbor. Is Greg McElroy “Too Smart” For The NFL?
If you’re one of the few fans who believe Wonderlic results have any correlation to a football player’s success in the NFL, you might be interested to know former Alabama QB and Rhodes Scholar candidate Greg McElroy scored a 48 out of 50, tying him with the all-time high for a quarterback set by Harvard grad and current Buffalo Bills starter Ryan Fitzpatrick. McElroy graduated from ‘Bama in three years with a degree in business marketing, and is a graduate student in his second year. Although Johnny McEntee has never thrown a pass in a live game for UCONN, the red-shirted Junior is on the fast track to becoming the Huskies’ most famous quarterback ever. ESPN Is Launching 9 New University Channels, Here Are The Official Logos
Last week we told you how ESPN has reached a 20-year agreement with The University of Texas to launch a network based on the school in September 2011. Texas wasn’t the only school! ESPN also locked in deals with USC, Villanova, LSU, Miami, Louisville, BYU, San Diego State and Tennessee too and we have the new logos for each channel. The channel will offer a variety of programs, highlighted by more than 200 exclusive events annually from numerous sports, original series and studio shows, historical programming and academic and cultural happenings. There will also be a broadband website to fill in the gaps.

The Winningest College Football Program Since 2000 Is…
Ohio State? USC? Florida? The answer might surprise you. After Auburn finished the season undefeated (for the second time since 2000) and won the BCS National Championship, many asked where this team stands amongst the best of the past 10 years. Auburn’s conference, the SEC, has been consistently hailed as the best in D-1, yet they don’t have any schools among the top five with the best winning percentages since 2000. Of the top 25 programs of the last 11 years, five are from the ACC, four are from the Big 10, four are from the Big 12 and four are from the SEC, according to ESPN.com. What To Do If You Win the Lottery
Last night, a couple of lucky schmucks from Idaho and Washington had the numbers 4, 8, 15, 25, 47, 42 and won the Mega Millions jackpot. They will share a $355 million jackpot. And since I’m broke, I was pretty pissed off it wasn’t me. Then I made myself feel better by remembering that most people who win the lottery have their lives ruined by the money. But that got me thinking, what exactly are you supposed to do, if you miraculously win, to keep it from ruining you life? (Surprisingly, “hookers and coke” is not the right answer.) After a little research, I’ve come up with a few quick tips for how to conduct yourself after becoming richer than your wildest dreams.

Breaking: Rich Rodriguez Fired As Michigian Head Coach
The University of Michigan fired their head football coach Rich Rodriguez today just three days after their blowout loss in the Gator Bowl. ESPN was reporting that he was having a meeting with the Wolverines AD at 1:15pm and a College Candy editor with ties to the University of Michigan says Rodriguez got the ax (update: story confirmed by My Fox Detroit). A statement has yet to be made but this now leaves a vacancy at one of the most illustrious football programs in the nation.

College Football’s Most WTF Bowl Game Names
If you’re like me you probably sit back at least once during the bowl season and think where in the hell do these guys come up with some of the names for these games? Some are ridiculous, others silly, while many are just plain stupid. While the sponsors pay big money to have the bowl named after (or presented by) them in an effort to increase awareness and recall for their product or service, more times than not it leaves a very bad taste in the consumers’ mouth (we’re looking at you Papa John’s!).
