    Noelle’s a 19 year old Irish, German, Italian, French, and Welsh model from Pittsburgh who used to live in Hawaii but recently moved to Oceanside, California. She’s a former member of the Pennsylvania Bikini Team and has done promotional modeling for Misled Clothing. Taken Magazine featured her in their 2010 Winter fashion editorial feature. She describes herself as a model, writer, college student, athlete, and patriot. Yoga is one of her favorite activities and she’s one of the few Miss COEDs to have visited Afghanistan.
