Miz TV kicks off WWE Raw

The Miz shows us all a clip of Dean Ambrose costing him the match last week against Elias Samson. Miz says that this is the reason why he asked for the stipulation at Extreme Rules. If Ambrose gets disqualified this Sunday then he’ll lose the Intercontinental Championship. Now, The Miz is going to introduce his guests: Sheamus & Cesaro.

Miz thanks his guests and calls them the “most hardest working wrestlers in WWE.” Miz says The Hardys stole their spotlight at WrestleMania. Sheamus thinks the only bigger shame is that fans turned on Cesaro. The crowd chants “Delete!”

Sheamus says he’ll take back those tag team titles at Extreme Rules. Miz starts running his mouth about Ambrose and the IC title, which prompts The Lunatic Fringe to come out. Miz reminds the wild IC Champion that he’s outnumbered and if he attacks anyone than he’s either crazy or stupid. Ambrose says he may be crazy, but he’s definitely not stupid.

Out comes The Hardy Boyz who immediately kick ass. Ambrose kicks ass as well. The champions are back on top.

The Hardy Boyz & Dean Ambrose vs. The Miz, Sheamus & Cesaro

Cesaro mixes it up with The Hardys to start off tonight’s match. Cesaro turns the tables on Matt after a little help from “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus. The Miz, Cesaro & Sheamus then take turns putting the hurt on Hardy.

Finally, Dean Ambrose gets the hot tag from Matt. Ambrose comes in like a bolt of lightning, attacking Cesaro and sending The Miz flying off the apron. Ambrose leaps out of the ring onto Miz. Ambrose tangles up with Sheamus & Cesaro, trying to set Cesaro up for a Dirty Deeds, while blocking a Brogue Kick from The Celtic Warrior. Ambrose knocks Sheamus over the top rope with a clothesline.

Sheamus and Ambrose trade shots. Dean hits a spinning neckbreaker, but Sheamus fires back with a high knee.

Back from the break, and The Miz is unleashing a series of YES kicks on Ambrose. The Miz is in complete control. He doesn’t want Ambrose to make the tag, so he runs around the ring to knock The Hardys off the apron. Sheamus & Cesaro hit a double-team White Noise on The Lunatic Fringe. Sheamus tries an even bigger White Noise on Ambrose from the top rope. But the Lunatic Fringe counters and leaps off the top onto Sheamus with a flying elbow drop. Ambrose takes out Cesaro with a yuge clothesline.

Eventually, the ring is enveloped in chaos and all teams are fighting it out in the ring. But The Hardy Boyz clear house and target The Miz. The match ends when Matt hits the Twist of Fate on The Hollywood A-Lister. Jeff gets the tag and hits a Swanton Bomb.

Elias Samson vs. Zac Evans

Before the match, Samson is in the ring beneath a spotlight. The crowd is raising up their lighters and cellphones to glow in the darkness like Bray Wyatt’s fireflies. Samson sings about what happened last week in his in-ring debut.

Elias beats the ever-loving sh*t out of Zac Evans. This is a completely one-sided affair. Elias with a sick knee to the gut of Evans. Samson unmercifully dissects his opponent inside and outside the ring, and ends the match with a swinging neckbreaker.

Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Samoa Joe

Joe and Balor battle to start off the match while Bray watches on. Wyatt is clapping in approval. Finn eventually hits Wyatt with a yuge kick, but Joe quickly attacks “The Demon King” Finn with hard knees. Wyatt and Joe are dissecting Balor.

Balor has to fight both men. But the team of Joe and Wyatt breaks down, and Joe has the Eater of Worlds locked into the Coquina Clutch. Balor breaks up the clutch with a hard kick. Wyatt and Joe eventually return to teaming up against Balor, but they then turn on each other once again (it is a triple threat match after all). Either way, the deck is certainly stacked against Finn. However, Balor is resilient against the odds, he reminds me of a modern day David from the David vs. Goliath story.

Finn gains control over Wyatt, taking him out with a Coup de Grace. But then Joe slides in the ring, grabs Balor and tosses him into the steel ring-post. Joe pins the prone Bray.

Noam Dar vs. Rich Swann

Dar and Swann trade shots. Dar locks Swann in a sick submission hold. Towards the end, Alicia Fox climbs up on the apron in an attempt to distract Rich. But “The Boss” Sasha Banks knocks Alicia off the apron. The Foxy one hits the floor, while Swann performs a flawless 450 splash.

Backstage Interview: The Revival

The former 2-time NXT Tag Team Champions are back! The Revival has returned to Monday Night Raw and they’re here to kick some more ass. Dash Wilder still has his jaw wired, which look like an ill pair of grills (Paul Wall, baby). The interviewer talks about Enzo Amore being assaulted backstage last week. We see a clip of The Revival’s Dash & Wilder suspiciously walking around in the backstage area on last week’s Raw. The Revival say that that video doesn’t prove anything. They were in the building last week, but they’re Raw superstars (so, they were just showing up on the job).

Kalisto vs. Titus O’Neil

The fiery Kalisto attacks the much-larger Titus. O’Neil just performs a quick roll-up on the luchador and that’s it for the match.

Alexa Bliss presents Bayley, This is Your Life

Alexa Bliss introduces the world to three people from her Bayley’s past: her former best friend Tracy Avalina, her ex-boyfriend Phil Johnson, and her 4th grade teacher Mrs. Flapper. Apparently, Bayley always had her dad sitting next to her in 4th grade class and during her dates with her ex-boyfriend Phil. Bayley was a great student, but was kinda weird. Her former best friend Tracy said Bayley was way more interested in watching Raw and SmackDown than going out to the pool and the mall, etc. Bayley won a trophy in school, but it was only a “good sportsmanship” award. And oh, her ex-boyfriend was really only into Bayley’s best friend. Ms. Avalina and Mr. Johnson make out.

An enraged Bayley runs down to the ring, but Bliss stomps on her back and goes on the attack. Bayley rallies back, but Bliss quickly knocks her back down with a right hand. But Bayley hits a wicked suplex. Bayley picks up that kendo stick and smiles. Will Bayley receive retribution on 5-feet-of-fury?

Nope. Bliss gets that stick and goes to town on her challenger. The Goddess reigns supreme.

Someone has it out for Enzo Amore

Austin Aries & “Gentleman” Jack Gallagher vs. Neville & TJP (TJ Perkins)

Neville and Austin Aries talk trash. But Neville wants nothing to do with Aries until Sunday’s Extreme Rules event. TJP & Aries start off the match . Perkins mocks his opponent with a dab that backfires. Gallagher gets the tag and puts the hurting on TJP. Perkins fights out and tags in “The King of the Cruiserweights” Neville. Gallagher dominates the current Cruiserweight Champion with a boot and a headlock. Aries gets the tag and faces off against his opponent at Sunday’s Extreme Rules. Aries goes on the attack. Neville retreats from the wild Aries as the crowd boos.

Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns

Reigns and Rollins lock up to start off tonight’s main event. Seth goes for a quick roll-up, but Reigns fights out at 2. Rollins hits a standing moonsault on Reigns. “The Big Dog” Reigns retreats out of the ring to catch his breath.

Rollins stops Reigns from hitting a Samoan Drop, but The Big Dog still dominates with a yuge right hand. Reigns knocks Rollins to the outside with a mega-clothesline. Reigns is really starting to kick ass now. The Big Dog sends Rollins into the ring-post rib-first with a Drive By kick.

Reigns is about to hit a spear, but runs into Rollins’ knee instead. Now, Rollins clothesline Reigns over-the-top to the outside. “The Architect” launches himself through the ropes onto The Big Dog. Rollins stands tall as the camera fades away to the commercial break.

The Big Dog is kicking ass again as we return from the break. Reigns sends Rollins into the corner and The Architect falls down hard. Reigns hits a big boot and sets up Rollins for a Superman punch. Rollins blocks and hits a Slingblade. Reigns tries to comeback, but eats a dropkick.

The Architect springboards himself right into a Superman punch. Reigns goes for the cover. 1..2…kick out!

Reigns tries to summon strength by hulking up. Rollins counters an impending spear, but still gets rolled-up by Reigns. The Architect kicks out and smacks The Big Dog in the jaw with his foot. Reigns kicks out of a pin-fall attempt at the count of 2. Rollins and Reigns are now jockeying for position. The Architect gains ground and sends The Big Dog flying into the corner of the ring with a Buckle Bomb. Reigns fires back with a Superman punch, and both men end up on the outside.

Rollins launches Reigns into the steel steps. We’re back in the ring and Rollins sends Reigns down to the mat with a Blockbuster. Rollins goes for the pin. Reigns kicks out at 2. The Architect ascends the top rope and crashes down on his opponent with a frog-splash. Reigns kicks out once more at 2. Rollins’ ribs are obviously hurting him. The Architect winces in pain.

Rollins is the first man to his feet. He talk trash to The Big Dog. The Architect climbs back on the top right and attempts a Phoenix Splash, but fails. Rollins rolls into the ring. Roman Reign tries to capitalize, but charges right into Rollins foot. Reigns fires back with a right hand. Rollins hits an enziguri and goes for a Curb Stomp.
