Kalisto is looking for revenge against “The Mountain of Men” Braun Strowman, who dragged the luchador through the arena and tossed him into a dumpster like a piece of trash. On Saturday, Kalisto took to Twitter and showed an almost unprecedented amount of courage, challenging Braun to a dumpster match. Raw General Manager Kurt Angle agreed with the masked luchador’s demands, and the match is officially on for tonight!
Plus, who can forget the red hot Alexa Bliss? She’s skilled enough to overcome three of Monday Night Raw’s elite female stars in the forms of Nia Jax, Mickie James, and Sasha Banks. But does Bliss have what it takes to dethrone Raw Women’s Champion Bayley?
You can see Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley this Sunday at WWE Payback. But you won’t have to wait until then to see the best pro wrestling stars in the world today compete under the stinging limelight and the thunderous roar from thousands of screaming fans.

Stick around and keep refreshing that page. I’ll be around for the whole show, bro.
Highlight Reel turns into MizTV and then turns into Ambrose Asylum
Jericho says that this will be the last Highlight Reel on Monday Night Raw because he’s going to beat KO this Sunday for the WWE United States Championship (exclusive to SmackDown Live). If Jericho wins on Sunday, he’ll be traded over to the blue brand. Y2J says he has the best guest for tonight’s show…himself.
Out comes The Miz & Maryse. The It Couple totally took over the Highlight Reel. Out with the old and in with the new. Out comes the crew to roll out the carpet and set up MizTV.
Miz runs his mouth some more. Out comes Dean Ambrose. He tells Jericho that he’s right: Miz is a stupid idiot. Y2J wasn’t saying it, but was thinking it. The set-up crew comes out yet again and now we’re doing the Ambrose Asylum segment and The Miz and Jericho are his guests.
Ambrose gives Jericho a light-up jacket gift, as a little payback for ripping up Y2J’s $15k jacket last year. The Miz throws a fit because if anyone deserves a gift it’s The Miz. Ambrose does have a gift for Miz in the form of a Dirty Deeds.
“Maryse, you know what happens when you’re married to a stupid idiot like The Miz?” asks Jericho. “You just made the list!”
Sheamus vs. Matt Hardy
Hardy and Sheamus lock-up to kick off this match. Matt rolls up the big Irishman, but Sheamus breaks free. They lock up once more, and Hardy eats an elbow. Sheamus then takes down Matt with a shoulder tackle. Hardy rallies back with a neckbreaker and a few leg drops. Matt pins Sheamus, but the Celtic Warrior kicks out once again. The action spills to the outside when Matt hits Sheamus with a sick Side Effect onto the ring apron.
We’re back from commercial break, and Sheamus has Matt trapped in a headlock. Hardy battles back, breaks free, but then eats some serious shots from Sheamus, including ten stiff smacks to the chest. Sheamus goes to the top rope, jumps and knocks down Matt Hardy.
Matt counters, as he uses Sheamus’ momentum and sends him into the steel ring post. Hardy takes to the top rope and sends Sheamus flying with a tornado DDT.
The Celtic Warrior is distracted by what’s going on outside the ring with Cesaro & Jeff. Hardy hits the Twist of Fate, and that’s it for Sheamus!
Matt Hardy defeats Sheamus
Post-match: Cesaro is blaming Jeff for Sheamus losing. But the Celtic Warrior has the cooler head and wants to shake Matt’s hand. Could it be a trick? Nope. Sheamus raises Matt’s arm in victory.
Raw GM Kurt Angle’s office: The Miz is upset
The Miz is furious for what happened earlier in the night with Ambrose & Jericho. Angle doesn’t want to hear his sh*t. He says if you have a problem, settle it in the ring. He books a tag team match for later in the night: Dean Ambrose & Y2J vs. Miz and whoever agrees to be his tag team partner or co-star or whatever. Maryse rants at Angle in French, and the RAW GM says, “Oh, yeah? Well, right back at ya!”
Neville & TJ Perkins vs. Austin Aries & “Gentleman” Jack Gallagher
We start off this one with a brawl between both teams. Aries & Gallgher have the upperhand, as they send both their opponents flying over the top rope before we go to commercials.
We’re back from the break, and Perkins hits Jack with a kick to the back. Perkins tags in Neville, who immediately goes on the attack, kicking Jack and trapping him into a headlock. Jack escapes and rallies back against the King of the Cruiserweights. But Neville counters and tags in TJ. They attempt to double team Gallagher, but that blows up in their face big time. Jack is kicking some serious ass!
Austin Aries get the hot tag. Aries annihilates both men with a flurry of moves. Aries sends Neville soaring over the top rope, and hits TJ with a neck-breaker only in a matter of seconds.
Aries is in complete control. He locks TJ Perkins into a Last Chancery. But Neville breaks up the submission hold. Gallagher and Neville trade shots, but Jack gains the upperhand. Aries recuperates and smacks Perkins with a Discus Five Arm.

Dumpster Match: Braun Strowman vs. Kalisto
Strowman says he thinks everyone in the arena is trash, and we dumped Kalisto in the trash, it was like dumping everyone here in the trash. And he’ll dispose of Roman Reigns this Sunday at Payback in the same manner.
Backstage: Kurt Angle is asking Kalisto if he’s sure about fighting Braun Strowman. Kalisto says he’s ready. He’s a man. Not a piece of trash.
Kalisto rushes to the ring, and the match begins. The masked luchador hits Strowman with some weak kicks. Strowman grabs Kalisto by the head and screams in his face. Kalisto battles back with some high-risk moves. But that’s not enough. Strowman throws him across the ring like a Frisbee.
At one point, Kalisto had Braun teetering over the top rope, almost about to fall into the dumpster. But Braun reverses and hits Kalisto with more punishing blows. Strowman looks like he’s about to put away Kalisto and throw him in the dumpster. But Braun finds himself on the ring apron, trying to pick up the luchador by his head. Kalisto dropkicks Braun, who lands into that dumpster boot first.
Kalisto defeats Braun Strowman
Strowman snaps after the match, and hits Kalisto with several modified choke-slams. Braun throws Kalisto into the dumpster, and wheels it to the top of the ramp, as WWE officials try to talk some sense into the big man. Strowman locks the dumpster and then pushes it off the ramp, as it flips to its side onto the concrete floor.
Kalisto is later wheeled out of the arena and into an ambulance via stretcher.
Video Package: Roman Reigns is ready for Braun Strowman
Dana Brooke vs. Alicia Fox
Alicia dominated Dana in the opening moments of this match. But soon enough, Brooke turned the tide on Fox. Dana hits Alicia with a Samoan Driver for the win.

Interview w/ Samoa Joe and former tag champs Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson
Anderson says that’ll take out those butt nuggets (Enzo & Cass) this Sunday at Payback. Samoa Joe tore Seth Rollins’ ligament in January. Joe says he’s going to tear the rest of Rollins ligaments tonight. All men do the “Too Sweet” hand symbol.
Six-man tag team match: Seth Rollins, Big Cass & Enzo Amore vs. Samoa Joe, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson
Enzo says his usual shtick as he walks down to the ring. But then out of nowhere, Gallows and Anderson comes out from the crowd and assaults Enzo & Cass.
Rollins runs down to the ring to level the playing field. But out comes Samoa Joe, and the brawl continues…
Six-man tag team match: Seth Rollins, Big Cass & Finn Balor vs. Samoa Joe, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson
Kurt Angle says that since Enzo Amore is incapacitated, he’s hand-picked a replacement for this match. Out comes Finn Balor. And a brawl breaks out in the ring once more. Balor rushes to the ring and joins the fray.
Rollins dominated this match, making his opponents look foolish on multiple occasions. Joe tried to take advantage of Rollins’ hurt knee, but Balor fires back, taking down the former 2-time NXT Champion. I also have to give a shout out to Big Cass for a hitting Gallows with the most wicked big boot I’ve ever seen.
Seth put away Anderson with a sick knee to the head.

Alexa Bliss Promo
Bliss in the ring, talking some serious trash about Bayley. She mocks those who come out to the ring, all wide eyed, talking about how being a wrestler is their childhood dream and all that noise. The crowd says “What” almost every time Alexa speaks.
Bayley comes out and calls out Alexa for talking that bullsh*t. Bayley says she’s not all talk, she’s a lady who works her butt off to make her dream come true. Bayley will fight with every ounce of energy in her body to retain her Raw Women’s Championship in front of her hometown this Sunday.
Bliss wants to beat Bayley in front of her father at WWE Payback. Alexa clearly wants to humiliate Bayley. Sasha Banks comes out. She’s looking for a fight against Alexa. Alexa says she has more important matches to prepare for, unlike Sasha. Bliss says she’s planning on going to Kurt Angle’s office to call off the match. She thinks Sasha is too unhinged, and attempts to leave the ring. Banks fire back by striking Bliss to the canvass. I guess Alexa was right.
Sasha Banks vs. Alexa Bliss
This match is very quick. Bliss wants none of Sasha. She exits the ring, and waited for the referee to make the top count.
Sasha Banks defeats Alexa Bliss via countout
Post-match: Bayley grabs Alexa and tries to drag her back to the ring. But Bliss breaks free and runs backstage. The champion turns around, smiles and talks to the camera. Bayley should not have turned her back on Bliss, who reemerges and ambushes the champ, knocking her to the floor.
Curt Hawkins vs. Apollo Crew
Hawkins issues an open challenge, saying he’s going to make another star tonight. Out comes Apollo Crews. If you went to the bathroom, you probably missed this match. “Apollo Crews is almost making it look too easy,” says Raw color commentator Corey Graves.
Curt almost got his head kicked off by Crews.

Post-match: Titus O’Neil comes out to the ring. He takes an awkward selfie with Apollo. The Titus Brand is growing everyday!
Main Event: Dean Ambrose & Chris Jericho vs. The Miz
The Miz claims to have found a tag team partner, but he never shows up. So, now Miz is stuck in a handicap match. “Oh, it’s true. It’s damn true,” says Raw GM Kurt Angle.
The Miz is screwed. He turns around to stiff shots to the chest by Jericho. Ambrose & Y2J are completely owning Miz as we go to the final commercial break of the evening.
Jericho & Ambrose are absolutely mopping the floor with Miz. The so-called “Hollywood A-lister” looks like he developed a large red mark on one of his thighs (most likely from the beat-down). Miz pleads with Dean to stop the onslaught. Ambrose thinks about it for a moment, and gets slapped by Miz. Dean chases Miz around the ring. Miz pulls his wife Maryse in the way as a human shield, which distracts Dean. Miz gains the upper-hand and takes out Ambrose.
Miz is in control, laying into Ambrose with stiff kicks to the chest a la Daniel Bryan. Ambrose eventually gains control. Miz tries to escape, and walks up the entrance ramp. Ambrose catches up with Miz and props up on the announcer’s table. It looks like Miz is going to be put through the table. But then, the lights go out. And out comes Bray Wyatt.
Wyatt decimates Ambrose, smacking his head into the titan tron with a Sister Abigail. Miz looks afraid of Bray. Jericho runs to the rescue, but gets taken out as well. Bray orders Miz to help him drag Jericho into the ring.
Jericho eats a Sister Abigail in the center of the ring. The Miz acts too cozy with Bray and puts his arm around his shoulder. Big mistake, Miz. Big mistake. Bray quickly dispatches The Miz with another Sister Abigail. Follow the Buzzards!
